Nuevo presidente del ICAF

Dear Colleagues,
As you know, after our last congress in Bilbao, our International President, Dr. Igor de Garine, has -unfortunately- resigned his ICAF responsabilities.
During this international meeting, the ICAF officers and members attending the Congress accorded to ask Dr. Helen Macbeth to be the head of a candidature of consensus for the new international representation of ICAF.
After the accorded period of consultation, and having all the international supports required, I'm glad to confirm that Dr. Helen Macbeth is now officially our new international highest representative as the new President of ICAF.
Congratulations to Dr. Macbeth, and thanks to all our international members having sent mails expressing their support.
