Call for papers: 'Food and the City' Padua Pre-EXPO 2015 Milano

Call for paper proposals for the following three macro-sessions within the 'Food and the City' congress of the Associazione Italiana di Storia Urbana, AISU (Italian Association of Urban History) at the University of Padua (September 3-5, 2015 with a pre-opening on September 2 in Milan at the EXPO 2015 Italian Pavilion).

A. FOOD, CULTURE AND SOCIETY;
B. FOOD, INSTITUTION AND CONFLICTS;
C. PLACES AND PROCESS OF FOOD.
